We’re looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join the kitchen team at our fast-paced British-style pub. If you thrive under pressure, take pride in your work, and know how to keep a cool head during a busy dinner rush, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and efficiently
- Work grill, sauté, fryer, and prep stations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality
Qualifications:
- Line cook experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency and teamwork
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Weekend and evening availability required
